El ingreso anual promedio para Distribuidores establecidos de tiempo completo de USANA es de $85,000 dólares. El ingreso anual promedio para Distribuidores que ganan tan sólo un cheque al mes por concepto de bonificaciones es de $23,300 dólares. El total contempla todos los ingresos del Plan de Compensación, Bonos de Liderazgo y concursos e incentivos. Estos cálculos están hechos con base en los ingresos percibidos entre febrero de 2008 y enero de 2009. Estas cifras no deben considerarse como una garantía o proyección de los ingresos reales, que sólo pueden ser resultado de un esfuerzo de ventas consistente y exitoso. Para ser considerados dentro de los ingresos de un rango, los Distribuidores deben haber ganado cheques en un rango medio durante al menos 16 semanas. Según resultados de un estudio interno llevado a cabo entre 2004 y 2006, la principal razón por la que 17% de los Distribuidores Independientes de USANA se une a la compañía es para mejorar su futuro financiero. De ellos, 21% recibe un cheque por lo menos una vez al mes. De aquellos cuya razón principal es ganar lo suficiente para reemplazar un ingreso de tiempo completo, 41% han sido Distribuidores durante al menos un año y 56% son Líderes Oro y superiores de tiempo completo. El número de Líderes Oro y superiores que han maximizado al menos 1 Centro de Negocio durante el año equivale a menos del 1% de todos los Distribuidores, mientras que aquellos que han recibido tan sólo un cheque por mes representan aproximadamente al 3% de todos los Distribuidores. El promedio anual de ingresos de todos los 158,934 Distribuidores USANA, incluyendo a Distribuidores nuevos o a aquellos que no construyen activamente su negocio, es de $618.55 dólares, de los que cerca de uno de cada tres recibe un cheque. Al día de hoy, el Club del Millón de Dólares de USANA cuenta con más de 130 miembros.
